FLOGUOR operates two shipping warehouses within the United States. We are dedicated to providing an exceptional shopping experience for every customer, ensuring that all products are delivered swiftly, securely, and in top condition.

To ensure fast and reliable delivery, all our products are shipped directly from our local warehouse in Jurupa Valley, California via FedEx.

Free Shipping

Within the United States, FLOGUOR offers free shipping on all orders shipped to the U.S. mainland. There is no minimum purchase required.

Bulk Orders: If you order more than 10 items, we may utilize LTL (truck) shipping.

1. Does FLOGUOR accept returns?

Yes. Please refer to our "Returns and Refunds" page for detailed information.

2. How do I change my shipping address?

Please provide your new address via our live chat or by emailing service@floguor.com. If the order has not yet shipped or is not yet in the final stages of transit, we will update the address for you.

3. Why is my tracking information not updating?

Due to high demand, FedEx may experience occasional delays in scanning or transit. Most orders still arrive on time. Please check your status frequently for the latest updates.

4. Can I delay my delivery date?

Absolutely. Please contact us via chat or email (service@floguor.com) to let us know your preferred delivery window, and we will schedule the shipment accordingly.

5. What if my item arrives damaged?

All FLOGUOR furniture is shipped directly from our warehouse in original, unopened packaging to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. If your product is damaged during transit, contact us at service@floguor.com and we will resolve the issue immediately.

6. What if my tracking says "Delivered" but I haven't received it?

Please check around your entrances, porch, or with neighbors. If you still cannot locate the package, please contact us at service@floguor.com for assistance.

At Floguor, we design our furniture to bring comfort, quality, and ease into your home. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make the process simple and fair.

1. 30-Day Easy Returns

We offer a 30-day return window.

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if the item is not a good fit for your space or needs.

All return requests must be approved before sending items back.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

•In original condition (unused, unassembled, and undamaged)

•Returned in original packaging

•All parts, accessories, manuals, and hardware included

•Proof of purchase available

Items that do not meet these conditions may be subject to partial refund or rejection.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect and package every order, but if something goes wrong during shipping, we’ve got you covered.

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within:

72 hours for visible shipping damage (outer box or broken parts)

7 days for functional or hidden defects

To speed up resolution, please provide:

•Photos of the packaging (including shipping label)

•Photos or videos of the issue

Once verified, we will offer either:

•A free replacement, or

•A full refund, including shipping costs if applicable

4. Change of Mind Returns

If you decide the item is not right for your space:

•Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

•Return shipping must use a trackable service

Due to the size and weight of furniture items, shipping costs can be significant, so we recommend carefully reviewing product dimensions before purchase.

5. Restocking Fee (If Applicable)

A restocking fee of 10% may apply only when:

•The item is returned without original packaging, or

•The item shows signs of use or assembly

Items returned in original condition will not incur any restocking fee.

6. Exchange & Replacement

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we can offer a replacement or exchange to resolve the issue faster than a return whenever possible.

7. How to Start a Return

Once your return request is approved, we will issue a Return Authorization (RMA) and provide the correct return warehouse address based on your location and product type.

⚠️ Please do not send any items back without prior authorization. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

8. Return Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

•We will notify you of approval or rejection

•Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

•Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

If you haven’t received your refund after 12 business days, please contact us.

9. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

•Final sale items

•Gift cards

•Items damaged due to improper assembly, misuse, or handling after delivery

10. European Union Customers (14-Day Right of Withdrawal)

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
