Shipping Options and Times: We are pleased to offer expedited shipping for all our customers. Orders placed within New Zealand typically arrive in less than one week from the date of purchase, and 6-14 days for orders within Australia.

Shipping Costs: Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders to New Zealand and Australia over $200 except from Coffee Tables, Chair and Seconds (Shipping fee applies) as a token of our appreciation for your business. International orders are subject to additional charges, which will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.

Order Processing Times: We strive to process all orders within 3-6 working day from the purchase date. Our team works diligently to ensure your items are dispatched promptly, so you can start enjoying your products sooner.

International Shipping: International customers are welcome at Special Studio! Please note, however, that orders shipped outside of New Zealand and Australia may incur additional charges such as customs duties and taxes, for which the customer is responsible.Shipping times are usually around 10 to 14 days.

Special Studio Return Policy

Returns and Time Frame

Customers have 48 hours from receiving the product to request a return.

Seconds / Sale Items

Items sold as Seconds or Final Sale are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. These items can only be returned if they arrive damaged.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours with your order details and photos.We will repair, replace, or refund the item once it has been returned. Special Studio covers all return shipping costs for damaged or faulty items.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about a purchase, your return must meet the following conditions:

Requested within 48 hours of receiving your order

Returned in the original packaging in perfect condition

Once the item is received, it will be inspected and processed for a refund or store credit.

Shipping:Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

Exchanges

If a product breaks under normal use, you can return it at any time under our lifetime circularity commitment. We will take back the old item for reprocessing and replace it once inspected.

Special Studio reserves the right to charge an Admin and Restocking fee of up to 20 percent of the product price for replacement items.Return shipping costs apply in these cases.
