We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. See below for more information.

HOW TO START A RETURN

To initiate a return, log in to your account at https://account.platinumhpsolutions.com , navigate to your order, and select "Request a return." Follow the on-screen prompts to submit your return request. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on the next steps.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide free return labels. You may purchase a return shipping label through your preferred carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your shipping receipt, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

To purchase a return label through your account, go to your order in your customer account and select the return option — you will be guided through the process of purchasing a prepaid return label at your expense.

Order Cancellations

• Orders canceled more than 48 hours after placement incur a 20% raw materials allocation fee.

• Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

We do not offer refunds for any reason, all refunds/warranties will be issued as a store credit that can be applied to future order.

Return Window:

•You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full store credit.

•If your product has ceased to function properly, rest assured, we offer comprehensive warranty coverage.

•Unopened items can be returned up to 90 days, but a 10% restocking fee applies after the initial 30 days.

•Opened items returned within 30 days will incur a minimum 20% restocking fee.

•Returns for opened items beyond 30 days will be assessed on a per-case basis.

•Items purchased with Store Credit are final sale. They are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or additional Store Credit.
