All orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx Ground Service. Once your order is shipped, you will be emailed your carrier tracking number. Delivery between 1-7 business days. Stock levels and drop shipping may affect delivery times. In this case, we will keep you updated every step of the way.

•Upgrade shipping services are available Two-Day, Expedited, etc…) for an additional charge. ORDERS PLACE AFTER 12:00 PM PST WILL NOT SHIP OUT TILL THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY. Orders placed after that time on Friday will not ship till the following Monday.

•Additional shipping and handling charges will apply to orders shipped outside the 48 contiguous United States (including Alaska, Hawaii and other U.S. Territories)

•Pacific Lamp Wholesale passes responsibility of delivery to the carrier at the time of pick up. Losses that happen during shipping are to be taken up with the carrier.

•Linear fluorescent and LED tube lamps ship in CASE QUANTITY only. Additional shipping and handling fees may apply.

•Sorry, but we do not ship Internationally or to P.O. Boxes at this time. We will provide an update if this changes. Thanks for understanding!

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at sales@paclamp.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at sales@paclamp.com .

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items We do not accept returns for hazardous materials (Fluorescent Lamps).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
