Most in-stock orders received by 5:00 p.m. local time of the shipping facility are eligible for same-day processing. Please note that the shipping facility may be located in a different time zone than you, and cut-off times are determined by the shipping facility’s local time, not the customer’s local time.

Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMELINES

Standard Shipping

•Standard shipping applies to most in-stock items.

•For eligible orders shipped within the contiguous United States, standard shipping may result in next-business-day delivery, subject to availability and carrier conditions.

•Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated at checkout.

3. SAME-DAY SHIPPING

Same-day shipping refers to the shipment of eligible in-stock items on the same business day the order is received, provided the order is received by the applicable cut-off time.

Same-day shipping does not guarantee same-day delivery. Delivery timing depends on the shipping method selected and carrier performance.

4. FREE STANDARD SHIPPING (WHEN OFFERED)

From time to time, MIMECO may offer free standard shipping on eligible orders.

Unless otherwise stated:

•Free shipping applies only to standard ground shipping.

•Free shipping may be limited to deliveries within the contiguous United States.

•Free shipping offers are subject to product availability, order cut-off times, and promotional terms.

Additional charges may apply for expedited services, special handling, oversized items, hazardous materials, or shipments outside the contiguous United States.

5. EXPEDITED AND SPECIAL SHIPPING SERVICES

Certain orders may qualify for or require alternative shipping methods, including but not limited to:

MIMECO is not responsible for delays, losses, or damage caused by the carrier after transfer of the shipment, except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise in writing. Remedies for damaged, defective, or incorrect products are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Deliveries are made on business days only (Monday through Friday), excluding holidays. Weekend or holiday delivery is not available unless expressly stated.

MIMECO RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
