We offer free standard shipping on retail orders exceeding $75 to destinations within the contiguous United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico), excluding orders containing commercial products. Additionally, we offer free shipping to Canada for orders totaling $99 or more.

Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the date your order was delivered.

Please be aware that customers are responsible for covering the freight/shipping costs associated with returning the merchandise. Ensure that the items are securely packaged and sent back to us using a traceable and insured shipping method. We are not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged during the return shipping process.

Restocking Fees

In the US

We assess a restocking fee on all items returned in the US equal to 5% of the item's purchase price. This fee is waived if you are exchanging your item for a product of equal or greater value.
