How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us through the Japandi.Art Customer Area or by the contact form and we will look into it as soon as possible.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Price for shipping depends on:

•the destination country

•the size and weight of ordered item(s)

•the number of ordered items and if they can be packaged together

If you reside outside ot the European Union, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Japandi.Art is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Damages and issues We carefully pack every order, but damage can occur during transit, after all, we are talking about fragile items. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will pack and send you a replacement for the damaged items as soon as possible!You can let us know in email at the contact form or at the Japandi.Art Customer Area .

14-day returnOtherwise, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return if you have changed your mind. You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and practically in its original packaging. Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products such as special orders or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
