RoGallery provides complete world-wide shipping and packing services for all items we sell. All items are packed in-house and shipped via UPS, Fedex or Professional Art Moving Companies (for special deliveries).

For most items, shipping is quoted at the time of checkout. Logistically difficult or high value items will have shipping costs calculated on a case-by-case basis. Feel free to contact us for a quote.

We ship to confirmed addresses only and are unable to ship to PO Boxes as we require a signature for delivery.

If an item does not meet your expectations, we have a 5 day return policy. Items must be returned in the same condition with all the same packing materials to receive a refund. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your artwork for a refund or credit towards another purchase. Returns started within this window are subject to a restocking fee of 10% to cover shipping and processing fees. If after 5 days we accept a return, you would be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please note that we do not allow returns on custom orders, custom framing, or auction items.

If your order should arrive in less than satisfactory condition, we will need to file a claim with the shipping company. Simply take a digital photo of the item and one of the shipping container it arrived in, attach them to an email and send to art@rogallery.com . Please include in the body of the email: your order number, the artist and title, a brief description of the reason for the return, and let us know whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund. Your request will be processed within 48 hours and you will receive an email letting you know your replacement is under production or your refund is being processed.

To return your item(s) please pack them in the original tube or box and include the completed Be sure to specify the reason for the return and what action you would like us to take: replacement or refund. We strongly encourage you to return your item via a trackable method.
