DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Tru-Tone offers standard and expedited shipping options to all US states and territories via USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated by the carriers based on destination, and the size and weight of your order. Delivery estimates are also provided by the carriers. They do not include order processing time and are not guaranteed by Tru-Tone. Most orders ship within 48 hours, but may take longer during our busiest season (October-December).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Tru-Tone sells and ships our products to most countries. Shopify handles the checkout process and shipping for all International orders. This means that all taxes, duties and fees will be collected at checkout, so you don’t have to worry about surprise charges, or having your package held when it arrives in your country. International Tru-Tone orders will appear as Global-E on your bank statement. It also means that international shipping costs are determined by Shopify and limited to their own options: DHL Standard and DHL Express (please note that only one of these options may be available in some areas). We understand that international shipping can be costly and often takes longer. We apologize for any disappointment or inconvenience this may cause. We continue to work toward expanding our distribution internationally to help alleviate these costs and thank you for your support and patience in the meantime.

LOCAL PICKUP

We are pleased to offer free local pickup for our customers at ou r Ogden, Utah location. Most orders will be available for pickup within 1 business day and you will be notified via email when your order is ready . To ensure a smooth experience, p lease do not arrive at the pickup location until you have received the email notification stating your order is ready.

To protect your order, we require the following at the time of pickup:

A copy of your Order Confirmation (digital or printed).

A Valid Government-issued ID that matches the name on the order.

Note: If someone else is picking up on your behalf, please reply to your confirmation email in advance with their full name.

We will hold your items for 30 calendar days from the date t he order was placed . If an order is not collected within the holding period, it will be cancelled and refunded in accordance with our cancellation policy .

We strive to provide accurate details for our products on our site and social media platforms to ensure informed purchases. All customers are encouraged to read reviews, familiarize themselves with our products and their compatibilities, ask questions, and double-check their shopping cart before placing an order. It is more convenient and less costly for both Tru-Tone and our customers to have questions answered and clear up misunderstandings before an order has been placed. ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES Tru-Tone orders are typically packed and shipped quickly. Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be cancelled or changed. If you would like to cancel or change your order contact support@tru-tone.com with the subject “Cancel Order #” or “Change Order #” as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate these requests but in some circumstances it may not be possible. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable, so if an order modification is needed, it is advised that you reach out to us with modification requests rather than placing an additional order and requesting a cancellation for the initial order. Combining multiple orders is also not guaranteed. The process to achieve this, despite our best efforts, is a logistical feat. We encourage you to double check your orders and needs before placing them to avoid these complications. RETURNS Damaged or Defective Items: For domestic U.S. orders, Tru-Tone will replace items that arrive damaged or defective, provided they are reported within 48 hours of delivery. Always inspect your items immediately upon receipt. If any of your items are damaged or defective, contact support@tru-tone.com for quick replacement. For international orders, depending on the cost of shipping, Tru-Tone may offer to refund a portion of the original order and shipping cost for lower value replacements such as a bulb replacement where the shipping costs are significantly over the product value, or include replacements in a future order. We understand this is not ideal and apologize for any disappointment this may cause. All Other Returns: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. All returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Upon receipt of the returned item in like-new condition, and with undamaged packaging, Tru-Tone will refund the purchase amount minus the return shipping and a 10% restocking fee (if applicable). On international orders, duties, customs or VAT are not refundable. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping on all returns. Thank you for your understanding.
