Same-day shipping for EU orders placed Monday–Friday before 22:00 (Amsterdam/Brussels time). Weekend orders are processed on Monday.

Because of customs forms, orders outside the EU take an extra day.

Shipping carriers: We use PostNL, DPD, and DHL to ensure reliable delivery across Europe and beyond.

Delivery times:

Netherlands: Usually 1 working day after shipment,

Belgium: 1 to 2 working days,

Other EU countries: 3 to 6 working days, depending on the destination.

Order tracking: You'll receive three email notifications: order receipt confirmation, order processing confirmation with status tracking, and shipping notification with your Track & Trace code. Monitor your package in real-time with PostNL, DPD, or DHL.

If you're not at home: Check the note left in your letter box or visit your Track & Trace page. Your parcel can usually be picked up at a nearby pick-up point or redelivered the next day at no extra cost.

30-day returns policy - most items can be returned within 30 days (14 days for Final Sale items).

Three scenarios:

Non-delivery: Report within 30 days. We'll investigate with the shipping company and reship/refund.

Damaged/incorrect orders: Contact us with photos within 30 days (14 days for Final Sale items). We provide a free return label, and reship/refund within 10 working days of receipt (non-EU duties/taxes are not refunded).

Change of mind: Return items in original condition (unused) within 30 days (14 days for Final Sale items). You pay return shipping. We refund you within 10 working days of receipt (non-EU duties/taxes are not refunded).
