Lost or stolen packagesIf tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, contact us within 5 days. We will assist with a carrier inquiry and next steps. Theft after delivery is not covered, but we will help document the claim.

Shipping damageReport shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

Return windowReturns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Return eligibilityTo be eligible for a return, items must be:

•new, unused, uninstalled, and unmodified

•in original packaging with all manuals, accessories, and included materials

Non-returnable items (common exceptions)Unless required by law, we do not accept returns for:

•items that have been installed or show signs of use

•electrical/electronic components once opened (unless defective on arrival)

•special order items (if labeled as special order)

•clearance/final sale items (if labeled final sale)

•items returned without authorization

Return authorization required (RMA)All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). To request an RMA, email support@marinepartsonly.com with:

•order number

•item(s) to return and quantity

•reason for return

•photos if damaged, incorrect, or defective

Return shipping

•Customer-remorse returns (ordered wrong item, no longer needed): customer pays return shipping.

•Our error (wrong item shipped) or verified damaged/defective on arrival: we will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid return label.

Restocking feesA restocking fee may apply to returns that are not due to our error. If applicable, the fee amount will be communicated during the RMA process before you ship anything back.

RefundsAfter the return is received and inspected:

•approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

•original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error

•refunds are typically processed within 3–10 business days after inspection (banks may take additional time to post funds)

Damaged, defective, or incorrect itemsContact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

•the item(s)

•the packaging

•the shipping labelWe will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.

Order cancellationsIf you need to cancel, contact us immediately. If the order has shipped or entered fulfillment, it may not be cancellable.
