Conditions for Full Refund:

You pay return shipping.

Items must be complete, with all original packaging and accessories.

Items must arrive in working, undamaged, “like new” condition.

All returns are inspected and tested within 14 days. Products damaged by misuse, abuse, or acts of nature (lightning, power surge, etc.) may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

Exclusions:

Non-warranty parts (e.g., tweeters, drivers, remotes) are non-refundable.

Certain items are Final Sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Price adjustments under our 14-day policy that reflect a Final Sale/Closeout price also convert the item to Final Sale. Defective Final Sale items may be eligible for replacement or store credit at Emotiva’s discretion.

Defective Products:

If your product is defective and reported within 30 days, you may request a refund, repair, or replacement.

For refunds, Emotiva covers return shipping.

For repairs or replacements, Emotiva covers both return and reshipment.
