1. Where we deliver

We offer FREE delivery to the mainland UK (excluding Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of White, Isles of Scilly, and some of the remote Scottish Isles). For other areas please contact us for a quote.We reserve the right to change our delivery charges immediately if necessary. If this affects an order you have already placed then we will contact you before shipping and give you the option of a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

2. Delivery Times

We calculate delivery times using working days. If you order after 12:00PM, then we start the calculation from the next working day. Working days are Monday to Friday inclusive excluding bank holidays.Our aim is to dispatch goods within 2 working days of an order being placed. Please allow 5 working days from the time of your order to receipt of item. If an order is expected to take longer than this our order fulfillment department will contact you to inform you of this.Where multiple items are ordered, we will dispatch them all in one package. If you have ordered any special or customized items, or items otherwise not immediately available, we will dispatch the order when all items are available. If you have any concerns regarding this, please contact us and we will do are very best to help you.Please note we always aim to deliver as soon as possible, so your item will often reach you sooner.

3. Order tracking

We dispatch all items from our website using tracked delivery services. You will be supplied with the details of your tracking number to allow you to track your delivery.

Here at Nintronics, we pride ourselves on customer care. So if you do have an issue with a product you have purchased from us, PLEASE communicate with us. We will do our best to resolve the issue.

For Items Purchased Online

Refunds will only be given in accordance with your legal rights once a product is opened. In all other cases, we have our own 14-day return guarantee.

If a return is made within the 7-day cooling-off period you will be responsible for paying for the return postage, unless the item was delivered to you in error. We recommend that you use a recorded service to return the item, for your protection. Once you have cancelled within 7 days, we expect you to take reasonable care in ensuring the products are returned safely to us.

If we do not receive the item back from you within 14 days of your request for cancellation, with the packing slip, we may organize the collection of the item from your residence at your cost.

Please note that items such as cut-to-order cables and other personalised orders are excluded.

Our returns procedure is valid for 14 days after receipt of your item, subject to the following.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason between 7 and 14 days of receipt of the item then you can return it to us for a full refund of the purchase price provided:

1) The item is in its original condition as sent out. This means all packaging, including seals and shrink-wrap must be intact.

2) You accept that all items will be thoroughly checked and tested and you will only receive the refund on completion of these tests.

3) Please ensure that goods are sent by recorded delivery or courier. We will not accept liability for any goods lost in transit

4) Customers are responsible for delivery charges back to Nintronics Ltd, unless otherwise stated.

Opened goods will only be accepted if they are faulty.

Items Exempt from Returns

Some items, once opened, can not be returned under health and safety stipulations. This primarily includes (but is not limited to) headphones and headphone accessories.

Returns procedure

When you decide that you wish to return an item, email us at returns@nintronics.co.uk , with the original order number, details of the item to return and return reason. Please also state if you would like a refund or a replacement (subject to availability). We will then send you a return reference number with details of where to send the item.

Package the item securely and return it to the address sent to you. Please include a copy of the returns email and the original invoice.

Faulty items

In the unlikely event that an item you have purchased from Nintronics.co.uk is faulty, you have a right to return the item within a reasonable amount of time. You may find it more convenient to contact the manufacturer of the item who may be able to solve the problem for you. If the item becomes faulty within 30 days of receipt, please contact our refunds department at refunds@nintronics.co.uk . After 30 days please contact customer services who will work to rectify your problem. We do not cover faults covered by accidents, neglect, normal wear, and tear, or defective installation.

Note: we will test all items and if they are found not to be faulty, we reserve the right to return them to you and charge you the delivery cost.

This returns guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

For Items Demonstrated and Purchased in-store or installed in the home.

If you purchase an item in the store or have had our engineers deliver and fit your equipment, and wish to return it for any reason other than it being faulty or damaged, then we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee. This is to cover the fees incurred and loss of value of the goods returned.

We will not accept returns upon:

•If you knew the item was faulty when you purchased it (sold as spares and repairs)

•If you have damaged the item by misuse or by trying to repair it yourself or by engaging a third party to repair it or by modifying it in any way.

We may under certain circumstances offer you a store credit note for the full value of the goods purchased to allow you to select another item or items in our store to the value of the credit note. We will not offer a cash refund for any store credit held. Should your new choice cost more than the value of the credit note then you will have to pay the balance.
