Domestic Shipping Rates

We offer several shipping rate options (see chart below), and free standard shipping for most orders $50+ so fill up that shopping bag! Keep in mind that your shipping is calculated off of your discounted subtotal (total AFTER sale items have been reduced and coupon codes have been applied!) and does not include tax.

Certain items require a shipping upcharge due to the size and weight of the items.

Standard OrdersFor standard shipping: Once your order is successfully submitted, our fabulous team works hard to get your order packed and ready to ship to you within 2 business days. Then, our favorite mail carriers do their thing and it should be in your hands in 3 to 5 additional business days!

For Expedited Shipping: If your order is successfully submitted before 1 PM EST on business days (Monday-Friday), then our team works hard to get your order packed and shipped out to you that day! Then, our favorite mail carriers do their thing and it should be in your hands in 1 to 2 additional business days depending on the expedited option that you choose!

We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events, peak shopping days, and holidays. If you need to receive your package by a specific date, you can always contact us for help in choosing the best shipping method to receive it on time! We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

Returns/Exchanges

At PB&J, we want you to LOVE your item(s). But, in the event something doesn't fit properly, we are happy to issue a store credit. Read our return policies below.All returns are issued store credit and must be within 14 days of purchase with a receipt. If you'd like to exchange the item for a different size and it's still available, we are happy to do so. If the item is unavailable, you will be issued a store credit.To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item has any wear & tear, the exchange will be denied. The item must be in a smoke-free condition with no stains or odors! It must have tags as well!If your item is defected or damaged, please send us a photo at PBandJArchdale@aol.com.
