•Accepted within 30 days from date of delivery - more specifically, as long as you have it in the mail prior to the 30th day, you're still fine!

•To be eligible for a return, it must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging. It's subject to a 20% restocking fee if there's no tags or packaging. If upon return it's deemed to have been used, you'll be asked to provide a shipping label so we can send it back to you, or it will be donated and with no refund processed.

•Returns must include either a note with your name and order # or the original packing slip included in the box, so we can match the package to the order and properly process a refund.

•Pre-paid return labels are not provided for returns.

•Please send returns to the below address. PS, it doesn't matter what carrier or what shipping speed you use.

Exchanges

•Products must be unused, with tags if applicable, and in original packaging in order to be eligible for exchange.

•Return shipping is on the customer, but we'll cover shipping out the new product.
