Returns from Lunchbox Packs
Accepted within 30 days from date of delivery - more specifically, as long as you have it in the mail prior to the 30th day, you're still fine!
To be eligible for a return, it must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging. It's subject to a 20% restocking fee if there's no tags or packaging. If upon return it's deemed to have been used, you'll be asked to provide a shipping label so we can send it back to you, or it will be donated and with no refund processed.
Returns must include either a note with your name and order # or the original packing slip included in the box, so we can match the package to the order and properly process a refund.
Pre-paid return labels are not provided for returns.
