Lead TimesAll of our products are made to order. Depending on the product, your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Quick Ship items will ship in 1-2 business days and all other items will ship in 5-10 business days. If your order includes items with mixed lead times, the entire order will ship at the longer lead time.

Please note that orders placed after 12:00 pm EST may not be received until the following business day.

Delivery DetailsWhen your order ships, we will send you a tracking number via email. We encourage you to track your order online or over the phone with the carrier.

Delivery Date RequestsIf you require your furniture by a specific date or need to delay the shipment, please contact us before placing your order.

Freight Shipment and DeliveryFor large orders or bulk purchases, we may arrange for freight delivery. This service includes delivery curbside. You may request specific drop-off locations, such as next to your garage. This is subject to driver discretion and may incur additional fees.

We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our outdoor poly furniture and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Initiating a Return:1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your product. Please provide your order number, contact information, and a brief reason for the return.

2. Packing Your Return: Please ensure that the item is in its original condition, unused, and with all the packaging intact. Pack the item securely, including your order number.

Return Shipping:1. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or a shipping error on our part.

2. Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refunds: 1. Inspection: Upon receipt, all returned items undergo an inspection. Items must be in their original, unused condition to be eligible for a refund.

2. Processing: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

3. Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items:If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the item to be replaced or repaired as quickly as possible at no cost to you.
