SHIPPING TO CANADA & THE UNITED STATES

We offer flat rate shipping of $15 on all orders shipped to Canada (excluding the Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut and P.E.I) and $35 CAD to the United States.

All shipments within Canada and the U.S. are sent via UPS, Purolator, or Canada Post, depending on your location and the most efficient option available and sent within 1-5 business days of receiving your order. All packages are insured up to $100 and include tracking. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Local Pick-Up is available at our store: 92 Gore Street East, Perth, Ontario.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We now offer international shipping!

Shipping to destinations outside of Canada and the U.S. is handled via Canada Post and Purolator, and rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and type of items being purchased.

Please select your preferred shipping method at checkout, we strongly recommend choosing a shipping option that has tracking.

Any charges incurred from abandoned or returned orders due to unsuccessful delivery will be billed to you the customer along with return shipping charges.

FURTHER INFORMATION

We use eco-conscious packaging and aim to reduce overwrapping and waste wherever possible.

Aprikose is not responsible for packages that are late, lost, or damaged by the shipping carrier. Customs duties, taxes, and any import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery times are provided as estimates only. Additional delays may occur if the package crosses international borders or if delivery coincides with a holiday. We do not guarantee specific delivery dates and are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

Some items with non-standard dimensions may require additional shipping charges. If that applies to your order, we’ll contact you after purchase.

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, we will gladly accept return within 14 days of receiving your purchase for store credit only.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items include magazines and undergarments, including socks and underwear. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued in the form of store credit.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@shopaprikose.com.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
