•Select brands are not returnable unless the product(s) received are considered defective (Tripp Lite, Zonit - exchange only & 10% restock fee)

•Products without an approved RMA # may be refused

•Returns should be mailed within 10 business days

•Products must be in original packaging, like new condition without visible wear and tear, complete with manuals, accessories, and documentation
