Case - Compact Carrying

All orders will be processed within 1-2 days of being received between the hours of (9 am - 8pm), daily. If there is any delay in processing your order, you will be notified via the email address that has been provided to us in your contact information. Please make sure your contact information is accurate. Orders will be shipped on business days only. We will not ship/deliver orders on holidays. Orders placed before a Holiday such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years eve/Day, or any other federal holiday in which post offices are closed, will be shipped out on the next business day. Shipping will not be refunded in the event of needing to return product.

Local Deliveries: (Minimum $5.00 purchase required for local delivery)

Local deliveries are subject to delays due to staffing, weather or health and safety reasons. In the event we are unable to complete a local delivery, Gorge Pokeshop will inform you of the situation and offer to ship your order to you. You may be charged a shipping fee. Gorge Pokeshop is also able to offer in person pick up, if you are not wanting local delivery or to have your order shipped.

For any local delivery please indicate where you would like us to leave your package in the event you are not home during the orders arrival. You will receive notification via email once your order has been delivered. Orders will be placed either at front door or in mailbox.

Returns/ Exchanges

Gorge Pokeshop does not accept returns. All sales are final and in "as-is" condition. This pertains to sealed product and card singles, especially. If you have questions about returning an item, or requesting an exchange please reach out to our staff and the situation can be discussed at that time. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items eligible for exchange are products such as card binders, card sleeves, playmats , deck boxes and other like items. If there are questions for the items you have purchased or plan to purchase please ask our staff, to see if your item is eligible for exchange/return. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For Card singles please make sure you have read the description for the single as some cards for sale, are listed as Near- Mint to Light Play, Moderate Play or Damaged. For damages on shipped orders please provide pictures of your order as it arrived to you. Pictures of your damaged order is needed in the case a report is to be filed with the post office or other shipping company.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Singles ,sale items or gift cards. All sales are final on singles, sale items, gift cards, drinks or other food items. This may apply to other products not listed here. Please speak to our staff for further questions. Refunds will not be given for special, custom orders or Preorders.

Refunds Any refund given from our store will be done in the original form of payment. Example: A purchase made with credit/debit card, the refund will be issued to the card used in the original payment. We will not issue a refund in any other form than original payment. Refunds will not be given for special or custom orders. All Preorder sales are FINAL, no refunds will be given. Any fraudulent orders will be cancelled.
