Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Sleep Lux LLC is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the shipping carrier. If your package appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Bedding Products & Sleep Trial Policy

Bedding products, including sheets, pillows, mattress protectors, and related accessories, do not include a sleep trial unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product listing page.

Refund & Return Policy – Sleep Lux LLC

At Sleep Lux LLC, we stand behind the quality of our products and work hard to ensure customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of bedding and sleep products, we maintain a strict refund and return policy.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Unless otherwise stated on the specific product listing, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed or shipped.

Bedding & Sleep Accessories

For health, hygiene, and sanitary reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened or used:

Pillows

Mattress protectors

Comforters

Blankets

Bedding accessories

Adjustable bases

Clearance or sale items

Additionally, bedding products do not include a sleep trial unless explicitly stated on the individual product page.

Mattress Sleep Trials

If a mattress product includes a sleep trial, the terms and duration of the trial will be clearly stated on the product listing page.

If no sleep trial is specifically listed, the mattress is considered a final sale item.

Approved sleep trial returns must:

Meet the minimum trial period requirements

Be free from stains, damage, burns, odors, or misuse

Include proof of purchase

Sleep Lux LLC reserves the right to deny any return request that does not meet these conditions.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been submitted and processed.

If you need to request a cancellation, you must contact us immediately after placing your order. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

If a cancellation is approved after payment processing, a processing/restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.

Refused Deliveries

Orders refused at delivery or returned due to customer unavailability, incorrect address entry, or failure to coordinate delivery may be subject to:

Damaged or Defective Items

Customers must inspect all products immediately upon delivery.

Failure to report damage within 48 hours may result in denial of your claim.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact Sleep Lux LLC first before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.

Fraudulent chargebacks or abuse of the dispute process may result in:

Permanent ban from future purchases
