We have a 15-day return policy, whichmeans you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

The amount of your purchase will bedebited from your bank account 2 working days after we have sent the item fromour warehouse.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that youreceived it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’llalso need the receipt or proof of purchase. The refund of your items will beautomatically transfer to your bank account 2-3 days after we have receivedyour eligible return .

To start a return, you can contact us at fv@plank-lab.dk . If your return is accepted,we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how andwhere to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting areturn will not be accepted.

Damages and issuesPlease inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the itemis defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluatethe issue and make it right.

Any purchase Plank-lab.dk is eligible forcomplaints for up to 24 months.

Exceptions / non-returnable itemsCertain types of items cannot bereturned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), customproducts (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal caregoods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardousmaterials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you havequestions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

ExchangesThe fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have,and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

RefundsWe will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let youknow if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automaticallyrefunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some timefor your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
