Free Returns and Exchanges We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. When shopping at bookmanvisibility.com we offer you free returns or exchanges of your products within 30 days of receiving them. We will not charge any extra shipping cost for exchanges. All returned items must be as new in sellable condition and include all original tags and product packaging. Failure to meet this condition we reserve the right to reduce your refund by 30%. As soon as we receive your return, we will exchange your item(s) or give you a refund, depending on your wish. However, you will not be reimbursed for any shipping charges on your original order.

How to Return or Exchange your Bookman ProductsTo exchange or return your item(s) please follow steps below:1. Contact us at customerservice@bookmanvisibility.com State your e-mail with order number, the reason for your return and whether you want a “Return” or “Exchange”.2. Pack your orderOnce we have received your request, we will get back to you with a Prepaid Return Label and further instructions. Pack your order and attach the Return Label to the shipping box.3. Take the parcel to your local drop-off pointRemember to ask for a receipt at the drop-off. Once your return has been received, we will confirm via e-mail and send you the refund by the payment method used for the purchase. If you have chosen to exchange to other product(s) they will be shipped within 2-3 business days.
