Order Processing

Orders are prepared for shipment Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Most in-stock products leave our facility within 1–2 business days after your payment is approved. During peak times or for special-order/high-demand items, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive an email confirming your order and a separate email with tracking details once your package has shipped.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

We partner with major carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL. The carrier used for your order is selected based on the size, weight, and destination of your package. At checkout, you will see the shipping options available for your address, such as Standard, Expedited (2-Day), or Express (Overnight), where supported.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout using factors like weight, package dimensions, destination, and selected service level. From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated at checkout. Any applicable shipping fees will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Time Frames

Standard shipping within the continental U.S. typically arrives within 3–7 business days after the order leaves our facility. Expedited (2-Day) shipments generally arrive 2 business days after dispatch, and Express (Overnight) shipments usually arrive within 1 business day after dispatch. For international addresses, delivery commonly ranges from 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing. All delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email that includes a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment. Please note that tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the carrier first scans the package.

Address Accuracy

Please carefully review your shipping information at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays or failed deliveries. Everything Gyms is not responsible for shipments delayed, lost, or returned due to address errors provided at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at info@everythingyms.com. We will attempt to correct the address before the order ships, but changes are not guaranteed once processing has begun.

Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their item.

Item Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, products must be returned in the same condition they arrived in:- Unused and unworn- All original tags attached- Original packaging included

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Return Shipping & Instructions

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, email us right away so we can assess the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)- Custom or personalized items (including special orders)- Personal care items (e.g., beauty or hygiene products)- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases- Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item, the fastest method is to complete a return for the original product. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

For orders delivered within the European Union, customers have 14 days to cancel or return an item for any reason. Returned items must be unused, with tags, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you by email once we receive and inspect your return. If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.
