Refund policy Return & Refund Policy At THE POSTER CLUB, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help. Returns If you change your mind, you may return your order within 30 days from the date you receive it. To be eligible for a return, items must be: Returned in their original condition. Packed in the original undamaged packaging or in a similar protective tube or box to ensure safe transportation. Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns are made at the customer's own risk until they are received by us. If you are returning an order from outside the EU, please ensure the correct customs documentation is completed to avoid delays or additional charges. To start a return, please submit your request through our return portal. Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges.
