At THE POSTER CLUB, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Returns

If you change your mind, you may return your order within 30 days from the date you receive it.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

•Returned in their original condition.

•Packed in the original undamaged packaging or in a similar protective tube or box to ensure safe transportation.

Please note:

•Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

•Returns are made at the customer's own risk until they are received by us.

•If you are returning an order from outside the EU, please ensure the correct customs documentation is completed to avoid delays or additional charges.

To start a return, please submit your request through our return portal.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to exchange an item, simply return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the desired product. This is the fastest way to receive your new item.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item(s), we aim to process your refund within 7 days , and no later than 14 days .

Once your refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 10 business days before the refunded amount appears in your account.

If you have not received your refund within 14 days after we have received your return, please contact our Customer Care team and include both your order number and your return tracking number.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We carefully pack every order, but if your order arrives damaged or faulty, we're here to help.

Please submit your claim through our claims portal as soon as possible.

To help us resolve your claim quickly, please include the following photos:

•The front of the shipping box.

•The back of the shipping box.

•The inside of the box with the protective air cushions visible.

•A clear photo of the shipping label.

•Photos showing the damaged item(s).

In accordance with EU consumer legislation, we will provide a replacement for damaged or faulty items.

If you do not wish to receive a replacement, you may instead return the item in accordance with our standard return policy or contact our Customer Care team to discuss an alternative solution.

Wrong Item Received

If you have received the wrong item, please submit a claim through our claims portal.

We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you as soon as possible.

Missing Items

If your order contains multiple items, they may have been shipped in separate parcels.

Before contacting us, please check your tracking information to see if another parcel is still in transit.

If all parcels have been delivered and an item is still missing, please submit a claim through our claims portal.
