LBC Modern’s goal is to get your order to you in the fastest way possible. Most in stock orders placed by 12pm (PST) will be processed and shipped the same business day (Monday to Friday).

FREE Ground Shipping with $100 Order

Free Ground Shipping is automatically offered on your order of $100 or more (before tax) to shipping addresses within the 48 continental USA. Orders below $100 has a flat rate of $14.95 shipping fee. Please note that some oversize items will be assessed an additional shipping charge. These oversize items will be labeled to show as an “Oversize Item”. We usually use UPS Ground or US Postal Service (USPS) depending on the weight and size of your order. There are times where a freight trucking company is used. LBC Modern will choose the least expensive and best shipping option for your oversize order should it incur an “Oversize” shipping charge.

Lead Time For Free Ground Shipping

We ship most items from our Southern California warehouse. Shipping time is usually about 1 to 7 business days depending on your distance from Southern California. If your order is shipped via USPS we cannot guarantee a delivery time as each postal service areas delivery service varies.

Shipping Destinations

We currently only ships within the 48 continental US states only. We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii or international addresses.

APO/FPO Shipping

We are unable to ship to postal boxes. All shipping addresses require a valid street addresses.

Express Shipping Options

We currently do not offer express or expedited shipping options. We are working with shipping companies to provide competitive express shipping options in the near future.

Return Policy LBC Modern is pleased to offer you the best products and service for today’s modern lifestyles. However, if your selections do not meet your needs, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

•Request for returns to be made within 30 days from date of shipping.

•Items to be returned must be in original unmarked packaging with all tags, instruction manual, hardware and other related parts/accessories.

•The items have not been installed, used or modified.

•The items must be in new condition, free of defects and/or damages.

•The items are not special or customized orders. (We encourage you to ask for as much information as you need when ordering special order or custom order products.)

•The items are not on overstock or clearance list.

•Due to sanitation purposes, please note that all earrings and jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged. All purchases are considered to be final sale.

•We cannot accept returns of large orders of the same product. (Large orders are defined as 6 or more of the same product). If you are ordering a large quantity of an item, we encourage you to order a sample first to make sure it's what you need.

•Exchanges are accepted within 30 days from order date.

•To return or exchange an item, an RAN (Return Authorization Number) is required.
