Shipping All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days unless otherwise announced due to vacations, holidays, or personal reasons. Shipping will occur Monday, Wednesday, and Friday only. We offer USPS Ground Advantage which is first class shipping starting at $6. First class shipping will arrive in a padded yellow envelope within 2-5 business days. Each order will be provided with the tracking number once shipped. First class shipping through USPS does not include insurance. We also offer  Priority Mail through USPS starting at $10.00. Priority Mail will arrive in a box within 1-3 business days and comes with a tracking number once shipped. Priority Mail covers up to $50 of insurance and coverage for lost packages. Lost packages are only valid through lost in transit. International shipping rates vary in price depending on Country and size of packaging. Therefore, international shipping is not offered through checkout. Instead, we offer personalized orders through PayPal to ensure correct shipping charges. Please email us to create your order today. Refund policy We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. To start a return contact us at   petersonturquoise@gmail.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
