All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days unless otherwise announced due to vacations, holidays, or personal reasons. Shipping will occur Monday, Wednesday, and Friday only.

We offer USPS Ground Advantage which is first class shipping starting at $6. First class shipping will arrive in a padded yellow envelope within 2-5 business days. Each order will be provided with the tracking number once shipped. First class shipping through USPS does not include insurance.

We also offer Priority Mail through USPS starting at $10.00. Priority Mail will arrive in a box within 1-3 business days and comes with a tracking number once shipped. Priority Mail covers up to $50 of insurance and coverage for lost packages. Lost packages are only valid through lost in transit.

International shipping rates vary in price depending on Country and size of packaging. Therefore, international shipping is not offered through checkout. Instead, we offer personalized orders through PayPal to ensure correct shipping charges. Please email us to create your order today.

Peterson Turquoise will not provide insurance or coverage once the package arrives at the USPS box.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.To start a return contact us at petersonturquoise@gmail.com .

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

ExchangesThe fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted and a refund is processed you may continue with a separate purchase for the new item.

RefundsWe will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
