Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time: All orders are processed Wednesday-Saturday and typically processed within 3-5 business days within those processing days. If an order has a specific date it needs to arrive by please email us at: olitagandg@gmail.com and we will try to get your order sent within those time constraints, the constraints of the shipping speed you selected, and the postal service. (Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.) If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via the email or telephone provided.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders are shipped via USPS to view updated generalized shipping prices for each shipping service visit the USPS website . *Delivery delays can occasionally occur.*

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email/Text Message once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Local Pick-Up:

Local pick-up can be selected at checkout. All local pick-up items are to be picked up at Olita Gifts & Goods: 3 Main Street N Hutchinson, MN. You will receive an Email/Text Message once your order is ready to be picked up. Pick-up is available during open store hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes:

Olita Gifts & Goods is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:

Olita Gifts & Goods is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy:

We are not responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply at Customs in any country. Any duties or taxes that may apply are your responsibility. If you have any questions, we encourage you to speak with your customs office, although we will ship any products you order to the address you provide.

You can use this duty calculator to get an idea what duties and taxes may apply for a shipment. We will do our part and follow the exact directions in your order. We will ship your order to the exact address that you provide. Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address information on an international order, and errors here could cause a delivery delay or rejection. We will give you the best service and ship it very quickly at the rates that we have agreed to on our site.

If for whatever reason the package is seized by Customs officials, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. The vast majority of orders make it through customs without any problems, and most orders that are stopped are automatically returned to us. While we rarely have problems with international shipments, if there is a problem with your order, we will work hard to find a solution as quickly as possible.

*International customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered can be lawfully imported to your country. When ordering from olitagiftsandgoods.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes and customs duties levied by the destination country once a shipment enters the country.

From our experience, most foreign customers are not charged when they receive the shipment, however, any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information. If you do get charged an additional fee, the carrier will expect payment at the time of delivery. If you refuse the shipment because of these charges, or if an order is rejected by customs due to item restrictions, or if the order is returned because the local post is unable to locate your address, we can refund you for the cost of the products (which does not include any shipping or return shipping fees) once the package is returned in the original packaging/tags and the original condition and processed by us. Please note that packages returned by customs can sometimes take a very long time to return, and in extreme circumstances can take as long as one year.

At Olita Gifts & Goods our main goal is to assist our valued customers and help them find item that are just right for them. We understand there are times when an item may not work out. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it right! You can either exchange the item or return it if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

All exchanges and returns must be received within 14 days from the date it was shipped to you from the store or from the date of in-store purchase. Any clothing items must remain un-washed and unworn with tags attached.

Please look over your order as soon as it arrives. If you received a defective or an incorrect item, or if an item you ordered is missing, please contact our team via email within 3 business days of receiving your order.

Returns will be processed as store credit. We will no longer refund to the type of payment used: cash or credit card. Purchases made in-store or online will be processed as store credit via a gift card.

We are confident you will be able to find a different item you will like using your credit. The credit received via a gift card can be used either in-store or online.

The following items are not eligible for return and are FINAL SALE:

· Clearance, discounted, or sale items

· Self-Care & Cosmetic Products

· Gift certificates

· Jewelry

· Furniture

· Items received or brought to the store past the 14-day date of ship or original purchase

· Shipping is non-refundable unless there was an error made on our end

Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
