Marketplace & in-stock items - ship within 1-3 business days

Curated Gift Boxes - ship within 3-5 business days

Build-a-Box (BYOB) - ship within 7-10 business days, since each box is customized just for you!

All timelines are estimates and may vary based on product availability, order volume, and carrier performance, especially during peak seasons. If you're working with a tight deadline on a Build-a-Box order, try our Curate for You option and let your gifting concierge know you need it sooner, they'll do their best to make it work!

We offer free 30-day returns on all unused items in their original packaging - qualifying items will be refunded to your original form of payment within 14 business days of us receiving them.To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with order confirmation or proof of purchase.

A few exceptions to note:

•Sale and seasonal items are final sale

•Gift recipients who wish to return their gift will receive store credit

•Opened, used, or damaged items are accepted at our discretion and, if approved, will be issued store credit

Once your return is approved, we'll send over a prepaid return shipping label along with easy instructions on where to send your package. Easy peasy!

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.

ExchangesUnfortunately, we're not able to process exchanges due to how quickly our items sell, but we're always happy to help with a return and get a new order placed for the right size or item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
