Ozone Billiards offers free shipping on all retail orders in the Continental US over $99.00. Orders that come through with free shipping may not ship within the same day shipping policy as all orders as express shipping will ship first each day. Free shipping or other shipping promotions are not included with wholesale customers.

ORDERS OVER $500.00 WILL HAVE SIGNATURE REQUIRED.

Any order placed that is over $500.00 will need to have a signature required in order to receive your package upon delivery. Or, you can request to have your package held and picked up at a UPS facility.

Oversize Shipping

Ozone Billiards offers a few items that are deemed "oversized". Due to the larger size of these products and the increase in shipping costs, items labeled "oversized" are not included with our "Free Shipping" Promotions.

Please note, USPS is far more likely to experience delays in shipping during the holidays. For more accurate shipping times we strongly suggest using UPS for time-sensitive deliveries during the holidays as we have no control of the USPS deliveries and do not want you to be disappointed with possible late shipments. We have found over the years that UPS is far more reliable during the holidays.

Order Processing Time

At Ozone Billiards, we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Most of our products get shipped to the customer directly from our suppliers. Therefore your order may arrive in different packages. Most products ship within 2-3 business days after placing your order. Orders are only processed on business days. For accurate shipping information, please refer to the estimated shipping date listed under the product name on the product page, or call our customer service line. If in any case the supplier notifies us that the ordered product is back-ordered, out-of-stock, or discontinued, we will notify you via email shortly after placing your order.

Made to Order Items

Please note that made-to-order items may have different shipping times. Shipping times for these items are subject to change depending on the m production schedules. Be sure to check the product page for the most up-to-date information on shipping times. You will be notified of any delay in your order via email.

Refund Policy for Shipping Costs

Once your order has been processed and shipped, the shipping cost is non-refundable. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase. Ozone Billiards is not responsible for any unforeseen delays in shipping caused with the carrier.

Expedited Shipping

If you choose expedited shipping with UPS Next Day and UPS Second Day Air , please be aware that the expedited shipping only applies once the product has shipped out. It does not expedite the processing time for any products. We will not refund expedited shipping costs before the item has shipped, unless you would like to change the delivery method. We want to ensure the quality of each order, and expedited shipping only affects the time it takes for the product to reach you once it leaves the facility.

Damaged Goods

We understand that receiving damaged goods can be disappointing, but fear not! If you happen to notice any damages to your package or items upon delivery, we kindly request that you notify our customer service team immediately! It's crucial not to discard the box or any items within it, as we'll need pictures of the package and items to initiate a claim with UPS for shipping damages, or with the manufacturer if the damages are a result of a manufacturer defect. In the rare instance where you observe physical damage while the delivery driver is still present, please have them report it on their end, and feel free to refuse the delivery. We will refund or replace eligible products as soon as the the appropriate claim is closed.

90 Day Return Policy

We offer 100% money back returns without any extra fees for handling or restocking within the 90 days of purchase. Returns must be UNUSED and in the ORIGINAL CONDITION for you to received credit for the returned items.

30 Day Unconditional Return on Pool Cues

We know that purchasing pool cues can be difficult without being able to try the product. As a result, we offer you the ability to try out any pool cue that we sell for up to 30 days. If you are not satisfied with the way the product performance in that time frame you can return it for your full money back. As long as the product has never been abused, misused or altered in any way you can expect a hassle free return. Shipping and insurance charges for the return of item(s) are the responsibility of the customers.

In addition, the 30 day unconditional return policy on pool cues is for HOME USE only. It does not cover commercial use or use in a recreational setting other than a residential home.

If Ozone Billiards, Inc. determines a pattern of abuse of this policy, we reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges from an individual.

Order Cancellation

Customers can request order cancellation if the item hasn't shipped out yet. Refunds will be processed only upon cancellation confirmation from our vendor that ships the product(s). If an order has already shipped and cannot be cancelled in time, customers are responsible for returning the item at their own expense to receive a refund.

Customized Products Are Not Returnable

Any products that are customized are not eligible for returns. This includes custom cue balls, pool balls sets, cue cases, and any customs done to a product other than OEM. (engraving, tips) If you would like to return a cue with a tip changed out your product will be refunded minus the price of the tip purchased. This also applies to any products with a Team Logo of any sport as these are considered made-to-order items. In the even the product is damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service team immediately so that we may proceed to correct the issue.

It is very important that you double check all customized products before you purchase to make sure they are accurate. Ozone Billiards is not responsible for any items in which the customer made an error in their order.

How to Return a Product

In order to receive your credit back you must ship the unused items back using a shipper of your choice to our warehouse. Make sure all items are securely packaged to assure it arrives in our warehouse in good condition. Please send your return with original receipt or a note with contact information including email and reason for return to:

If possible, please email us a copy of your tracking number so that we may also be on the look-out for your return. Once we receive your return it will take 2-3 business for us to process and inspect the return. When the inspection is complete we will issue a credit and send you an email confirmation of the credit.

Refund Policy for Lost Packages

In the unfortunate event that your package goes missing after being marked delivered, we take immediate action by initiating a claim with UPS. Throughout their investigation, UPS may reach out to you and your neighbors to locate the package, so please be aware of potential inquiries. It's crucial to note that once the investigation concludes, and UPS confirms delivery, we regret to inform you that we do not assume responsibility for the lost/stolen package. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Pool Table Cancellation & Return Policy

Pool table are considered a large furniture item. Please ensure that you have the appropriate space requirements available prior to purchasing.

•Cancellation of a pool table order can be done without incurring fees prior to the table shipping out.

•Cancellation of a table that has already been shipped will hold the customer responsible for any outbound and return shipping costs as well as handling fees from the installers. (This amount can be estimated at over $1000)

•Once the table has been installed at your location the sale is considered final and non-refundable.
