1. Where We Ship:

We currently ship to the United States.

2. Handling Time:

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. If you place an order after 2:00 AM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York), we will process it on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time frames:

Shipping within the United States

•The estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days.

4. Shipping Costs:

•We ship all orders of $100 or more within the United States for free. Flat free within the US of $9.95 for all orders of $0.1-$49.99, and $15.95 for all order's of $50-$99.99. We also offer promotional free shipping on purchase of selected 2 or more items.

5. Shipping Carriers:

We use multiple shipping carriers including USPS, UPS, & FedEx to ensure reliable delivery.

6. Tracking Your Order:

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number along with a link so you can follow your package online.

1. What Products Can Be Returned

We accept returns only for new, unopened products. Final sale items cannot be returned.

2. Return Time frame

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

3. Item Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories included

4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at info@mddcprint.com with your order number. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions. Please include your receipt or order confirmation, and package the items securely

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

6. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 2 business days after we receive your return. They’re issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Exchanges

Exchanges are not available at this time. To exchange an item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
