International Orders:

Please contact for rates if you have questions. We use a private shipper and only ships on Tuesdays and Fridays, your tracking will be provided once we have it back from shipper, typically 2-3 days after your order leaves our store.

*Please note international order may incur additional duty and taxes charges and it is your responsibility to pay the extra charges as we don’t collect them at check out.

No Waste:

You will notice that the majority of items sold through Fluffy Bottom Babies have very little or no packaging. We will continue to work with our suppliers to ensure there is less waste going into our landfills. Additionally, in effort to continue being green and kinder to the planet, we will no longer be including invoices with packages. When you place your order through our online store, an invoice is generated and sent to you via email. This is your invoice. We will also use recycled packaging to mail out packages whenever possible. When shopping at our storefront, we will only be providing bags when necessary. If you feel you do not need a shopping bag or your are able to bring your own it would be much appreciated!

We will gladly accept returns of unwashed, unworn, unopened (with original packaging) or defective merchandise at our store within 14 days of the original purchase date. When you have an original sales receipt/invoice, refunds will be provided in the form of our store gift cards. We ONLY offer STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. Without an original sales receipt/invoice/gift receipt, we are unable to accept any returns.

We pride ourselves in maintaining high quality standards and cannot take back items that have been opened, used, damaged or are not clean. We like to ensure a level of integrity for other customers who may purchase a returned item and cannot in all confidence put items back on the shelf knowing they do not meet the above criteria.

Online Store Returns

Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise purchased through our web store may be returned by mail or in-store within 14 days of receipt of your order. Refunds on returns will be provided in the form of our store gift cards.

Option 1: Return to our store.

You may return items purchased online to our store in Sunnyside Mall, Bedford or Bayer's Lake, Halifax.Be sure to bring your receipt with you.

Option 2: Return by mail.

Customer is responsible to pay return shipping. Shipping and handling are nonrefundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the exact shipping will be deducted before issuing the amount on a gift cards.

Customers are expected to ship items back to us in the same condition that are sold to you, i.e. in a bubble mailer or box. It is unacceptable to simply tape over a product packaging when sent back. We reserve the right to inspect any returns and a damage/restocking fee may be charged if products were not received in their original condition.

Cancelling Online Orders

If you change your mind and want to cancel your order before it ships or before it is picked up in store, a 10% restocking fee may apply.
