HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?

We pride ourselves on fast shipping! Orders typically ship out within 1 business day, and you should receive your goodies within 2-3 business days, depending on your location. So, you won’t be waiting long to enjoy your Sober(ish) goodies.

Orders placed before 12 pm EST will be shipped out the next day. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST, through Sunday, or holidays.

Shipments may be delayed for a short period if there is a high volume of orders. UPS does not deliver our packages on Saturdays, Sundays, or federal holidays. Please keep this in mind when calculating your shipping time, as these days are not included in UPS transit estimates.

Please note: We are unable to refund UPS shipping costs for delays. If your package arrives later than expected, you will need to contact UPS directly regarding their delivery guarantee and refund process.

Due to the high demand for other brands, orders normally ship within 2-3 business days of placement. The brand partner fulfills orders.

Example: Floral Beverages will be fulfilled by their Floral team in Indiana. Everything is automated, but you will get separate packages and separate tracking information if you are buying from different brands.

WHAT STATES DO YOU SHIP TO?

Due to differing cannabis regulations throughout the US, we are currently able to ship to all states except Alaska, Arkansas, Idaho, California, Montana and Washington.

HOW ARE YOU ABLE TO SHIP THIS PRODUCT?

Because our product is designed as a low-dose cannabis product, each bottle contains less than 0.3% THC (Hemp Derived) and can be shipped to states that allow the sale of products under the 2018 Farm Bill.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Expedited shipping is only available on Sober(ish) Drops, Shots, and Giggle Grass Sampler Boxes. Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12 PM EST are shipped out the same day. Once the package is dropped off with a carrier, Sober(ish) is not responsible for any delays that may occur.

Sober(ish) Refund Policy

At Sober(ish), your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we’re here to help. Please review the following guidelines for refunds and replacements:

General Refund Policy

•Our refund policy applies only to Sober(ish) products.

•Products from other brands sold on our site are not covered under this policy. For refunds or replacements for non-Sober(ish) products, please contact the respective brand directly.

Damaged or Missing Deliveries

Damaged Items:

•If more than three items arrive damaged, we will replace the damaged items or issue a store credit equivalent to their value.

•If fewer than three items are damaged, we will issue a store credit for the damaged items, but we cannot ship individual replacements.

•Please provide photos of the damaged items within 48 hours of delivery to process your request.

Missing Deliveries:

•If your package hasn’t arrived within 24 hours of being marked as delivered, please contact us.

•For lost deliveries, we will provide a replacement or full refund, as appropriate.

Returns

•Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of opened items.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

•Email us at info @soberish .com with the subject line "Replacement Request".

•Include the following in your email:

•Your order number

•Photos of the product(s), if applicable

•A brief description of the issue

Additional Notes

Due to the nature of our products refunds are only given on non-open items and require customers to ship (at their expense) the product back to Sober(ish).

•Refunds for discretionary returns are subject to a non-refundable processing and restocking fee of $6.99.

•Sale items, bundles, and double-packs are non-refundable.

•Refunds are issued as store credit and are non-redeemable for cash.
