1. The Return Window

You may initiate a return request within 100 days from the date of delivery.

2. Return Shipping Fees

Manufacturing Defects or Transit Damage: If the return is due to a quality issue reported within our guidelines, Belleze will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

Personal Preference (Customer Remorse): For returns due to a change of mind, style, color, size, or fit, the consumer is responsible for the return shipping fees. To make the process easier and more affordable, you may purchase a prepaid return shipping label directly from us at our discounted enterprise rate. This is typically significantly lower than standard retail shipping rates. Alternatively, you may choose to ship the item back via your preferred carrier.

No Restocking Fees: During the 100-day window, we waive all restocking fees for eligible returns, ensuring you receive a refund of the full product purchase price.

3. Eligibility & Original Packaging

Condition: Items must be in like-new, resalable condition, fully disassembled, and free of customer-made modifications, including drilling or painting.

Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Repackaging Fee: If the original box has been discarded, a $50 repackaging fee per item will be deducted from the refund to cover additional protective materials and processing required for safe transit.

4. Damaged or Defective Items (7-Day Reporting)

We stand behind our quality. While rare, transit damages can happen.

Immediate Inspection: Please inspect your items promptly upon arrival. Damage, functional defects, missing parts, or missing hardware must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

The Belleze Solution: Approved claims may be resolved with free replacement parts or a replacement unit, at Belleze’s discretion.

Documentation: Clear photos of the item, product label, and shipping packaging are required to facilitate your claim.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

We are committed to ensuring your home stays beautiful for years to come.

1. Warranty Upgrade

Standard Coverage: All products include a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery.

Limited Lifetime Warranty Upgrade: To qualify for our Limited Lifetime Warranty, you must register your product at belleze.com within 100 days of delivery.

2. What Is Covered

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use, including structural failures, broken hinges, and unstable frames.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper assembly, commercial use, unauthorized modifications, or damage caused by failure to follow the product care instructions.

3. Resolution Policy

Warranty claims do not qualify for monetary refunds. Issues are resolved via:

•Free replacement parts.

•Full product replacement, if parts are unavailable.

•Store credit, if the product is discontinued.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Pre-Shipment: You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of purchase without penalty, provided it has not been processed for shipment.

Post-Shipment: Once an order has been processed or left our warehouse, any cancellation or change will be treated as a return and will incur a 20% processing fee to cover intercept and redirection logistics.

Exchanges

To ensure the fastest service, Belleze processes all exchanges as standard returns. Simply return your original item for a refund, minus applicable shipping fees, and place a new order for the desired replacement at your convenience.

Refund Processing

Inspection: Once returned items reach our fulfillment center and pass inspection, refunds are issued.

Timeline: Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days of receipt.

Method: Funds will be returned to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect on your account.
