The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:

•Normal Shipping time: 2~5 working days by FedEx. (may take longer during the holiday season)

*Shipping Region GTRacing USA only has the ability to ship orders within the United States. We can’t offer shipping services to Hawaii or Alaska. If your delivery address is geographically remote, for example, certain outlying islands or other isolated locations, it is possible that we may not be able to deliver there. If that is the case, we will notify you before we accept your order. In addition, orders cannot be delivered to PO Box or similar addresses. If you really like our chairs, we'll try our best to send them to you.

*Delivery Method The free delivery we offer is FedEx. The estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days and the time period depends on the distance of the region.

*Tracking Information Once we deliver the goods, we’ll immediately fill in the tracking number into the order details. Well, you could always check the chair’s logistics information and arrival time.

*Shipping Damage If you should receive a chair that has been damaged during transportation, please contact us immediately by email, and we will certainly be able to address your concerns.

Buy with confidence and enjoy a great shopping experience!Extended Holiday Returns policy Our 2026 Extended Holiday Returns policy requires that items purchased between November 10, 2026, and December 31, 2026, are returnable through January 31, 2027.For returns due to non-quality related reasons, such as accidental orders, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund.Although the returns window for most orders will be extended, returns eligibility for all orders remains the same.

30 DAYS RETURN GUARANTEE

Returned products MUST include all accessories, and they must be sent in its original packaging. Otherwise, the product will not be returned for a refund. Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the date of delivery. Once the returned item arrives back in our's warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin. If the product(s) is damaged, not in its original condition or missing parts, we will inform you if you are eligible for a partial refund. This is decided from case to case, depending on the severity of the damages or what parts are missing.

•For non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for shipping costs

•For non-quality related warranty claims, we refund the cost of the product itself

•Returns not made on request will take additional time to process, and we reserve the right to charge additional fees.

•Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements or without contacting official customer service

Refund requests for the 30-day money-back guarantee expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired this 30-day window.

Shipping costs must be covered by buyer in the following situations:

•Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect. (i.e. if you changed your mind or if you are unhappy with the product for some other reason)

Buyer’s accidental returns

•Returning items claimed to have defects but found by our quality control to be in working condition

•Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process)

And it is your responsibility that the package arrives safely to us, so we recommend that you use a courier service where it is possible to track the shipment.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We will not accept returns in the following conditions:

•Items outside the 30 days warranty time-frame.

•Washed, worn, used or misused items.

If you still want to return when it exceeds 30 days, the return shipping fees should be at buyer's responsibility, and we'll charge 50% or more for the usage, or we may provide the replacement of the spare part instead within the warranty period.

Please carefully follow our returns process to minimize any delays:

1. If your item is returnable (see above), please submit a ticket in our Support Center stating your:

2. Our customer service team will respond to your request within 48 hours and provide you with a Return Merchandise Form (RMA) along with our return address.

3. Please return the item according to our instructions on the RMA form and send us return proof in the form of the tracking number and a valid return receipt.

4. As soon as we have received the product(s) and made an inspection, we will inform you of our decision. If a refund is approved, we will automatically credit the purchase to your credit card or original method of payment.
