U.S. & International Return Policy

At TotalFindz, we proudly ship products from Canada to customers in the United States and internationally. Due to the high cost of cross-border shipping, customs processing, and carrier fees, the following return conditions apply to all orders shipped outside of Canada.Return EligibilityReturns must be requested within 30 days of delivery and must be approved by TotalFindz prior to being shipped back.Items must be:

General Return/Refund Policy

We value your satisfaction and aim to resolve any issues promptly and fairly. However, we also strive to maintain transparency and accountability to prevent fraudulent activities. Our refund policy is as follows:

Fraudulent Claims and Non-Responsive Customers

If we suspect a fraudulent claim or do not receive a response to our emails within 7 business days, we reserve the right to cancel the order and process a refund for the item price and shipping fee, minus a restocking fee of 15% of the item price and the shipping fee.

Damaged or Faulty Items

All claims for damaged or faulty items must be made within 14 days of delivery. To file a claim, please email us at [ support@totalfindz.com ] with the following details:

Description of the issue

Photos or videos clearly showing the fault or damage

Once your claim is validated, we may:

Send missing parts

Arrange a repair

Provide a replacement (subject to availability)

Issue a partial or full refund

Please do not dispose of the item before your claim is resolved, as this may impact your eligibility for a refund.

Change of Mind

We do not accept change-of-mind returns for opened items, health and safety products, or bulk purchases.

For eligible products, change-of-mind requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Refunds for approved requests will include the item price and shipping fee, minus:

A restocking fee of 15% of the item price and the shipping fee

Any return postage costs (if applicable)

Customers are responsible for arranging the return unless otherwise specified.

Product Recalls

In the event of a product recall, we will notify you and provide clear instructions for returning or replacing the affected product.

Making a Warranty Claim

Important Notes:

Do not return the product without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be eligible for a refund.

If we require the item to be returned, we will provide a return shipping label.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Delivery Issues

Any delivery delays or issues must be reported within 30 working days from the date of dispatch.

If a delivery delay is confirmed due to our courier partner’s fault, we will offer a suitable remedy in compliance with Canadian Consumer Laws.

European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
