Order Processing

Order Confirmation: You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.

Processing Time:

RAW-branded items stocked locally in Atlanta, GA are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Select non-branded items may take up to 12 business days to process before shipping. These allow us to offer a broader range of styles, sizes, and colors as part of our community-testing model.

If your order includes both branded and non-branded items, they may ship separately and arrive at different times.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Domestic (U.S.):

Free standard shipping on orders over $150

Orders under $150: Shipping is calculated at checkout

Estimated Delivery Times (after processing):

Standard: 3–7 business days depending on location

International Shipping:

We currently ship to select international destinations.

International Ground Advantage: 10–20 business days

International Priority Mail Express: 5–10 business days (additional cost)

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

U.S. Orders: Sales tax is applied according to your state and local tax laws.

International Orders: Customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, VAT, and import taxes. These are not included in your order total and are assessed upon delivery. RAW is not liable for these charges.

Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address: Please notify us immediately if your shipping address is incorrect. We’ll do our best to update it before your order ships. Recharge Active Wear is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact the carrier to file a claim. Our team is happy to assist with next steps when possible.

Returns & Exchanges

We currently offer store credit only for returns. Items must be in original condition, unworn and unused, with tags attached.

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

You must request a return within 14 days of your order being marked as delivered. All returned items must meet the conditions below:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

All original tags must be attached

Items must be returned in original condition and packaging

We do not offer refunds. Instead, eligible returns may receive:

An exchange for a different size or item, or

Store credit issued as a digital gift card

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale or clearance items

Items that are worn, damaged, stained, or missing tags

Returns requested outside the 14-day window
