There are circumstances out of our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be delays that our carriers experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee exact delivery times; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

FREE SHIPPING Free shipping applies to US orders $100+ and international orders $150+ on items fulfilled directly by SMinvite.

THIRD-PARTY & VENDOR-FULFILLED ITEMS Products sourced through third-party vendors (including Shopify Collective partners) are subject to the vendor's own shipping rates and are not eligible for free shipping promotions. Shipping costs for vendor-fulfilled items will be displayed at checkout.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel within 24 hours of creating it. If the item has already shipped, send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS! If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email with the correct information. Notify us immediately via email — if the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED We ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment. If this happens, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the damaged product. We'll send a replacement free of charge.

Important Return Policy Update (Effective June 7, 2026)

•Return window: Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

•Reason required: All return requests must include a reason. Requests with no reason provided will not be processed.

•Restocking fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns and will be deducted from your refund.

•Return shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Returns are not free.

•Electronics/Phones: Must be returned in original, unused condition with original packaging.

•Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the item.

We have a 14-day return policy , which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, except certain or customized items which have a 7-day return window.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, log in to your account at https://account.sminvite.com , find your order, and click "Request return." Once we review and approve your request, we'll send you instructions on how to send your package back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Defective or incorrect items are exempt from the restocking fee.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products (such as special orders, engraved, or customized items) , and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. All customized or personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling off period If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the 20% restocking fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at support@sminvite.com.
