All orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days. We do not ship on weekends or US holidays. Please allow 3 to 7 business days after your order has shipped, for delivery within the United States. Delivery time to other countries varies.
We are not responsible for delays or lost orders caused by our shipping carriers. If it has been more than 14 days past your shipment confirmation date (US) or 1 month past your shipment confirmation date (All other countries), please contact us at customerservice@taterpets.com.

Returns from Tater Pets
Returns/RefundsTo be eligible for a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Products must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.
The item must be in the same condition that it was received, unused/unwashed. We do not accept returns for used products. Please inspect the order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. To start a return, contact us at customerservice@taterpets.com. Return shipping labels will be provided for defective products only. The customer will be responsible for return shipping on all other returns. No refunds will be given without the return of a product.Once your return is received and inspected/approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the original shipping cost to you. Shipping is only free if you keep the product. Please remember that it could take 3 to 7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. We will contact you via email if there are any issues regarding your refund.
Package refusals returns and returns due to wrong address:
If a package is returned to us due to being refused at delivery or cannot be delivered due to wrong address, you will receive a refund minus the original shipping cost. The customer can request the package be re-delivered in leu of a refund, but the customer will need to pay the shipping cost for any shipping after the first shipping attempt.
