UK Delivery Charges

We use Parcelforce* or Royal Mail* for the majority of our shipping and will provide tracking details. The shipping costs are dependent on the value and weight of the goods purchased.

We will aim to dispatch all orders within the timescale given above and we send orders using a 48hr service, unless an alternative service is required.

Express, as mentioned in the shipping options, refers to the shipping timescale of 1-3 working days. This does not include processing time.

International Delivery

If you are located outside of the UK and are interested in our products then please get in touch at sales@cagecreations.co.uk for us to discuss options. Due to the size and weight of many of our items these will incur higher shipping costs. Be aware, all Taxes/Duties will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

If you are not happy with your item please contact us and then return it within 14 days. All items must be returned postage paid and in saleable condition. Refund of purchase price will be refunded by the same method as the payment was made. Postage and packaging will not be refunded.

If your item is faulty or we have sent you something different to what you ordered then please contact us first and the return it to us within 14 days and we will give you a full refund or replacement, including postage and packaging.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, not used or washed. You’ll also need to have proof of purchase.To start a return, you can contact us at sales@cagecreations.co.uk . If your return is accepted then you will be required to post the items back to us and provide proof of postage. If the items were faulty then we will refund the postage as well as the goods value otherwise we will only refund the value of the goods. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.You can always contact us for any return question at sales@cagecreations.co.uk .

Damages and issuesPlease inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable itemsAny items that have been modified or used.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

RefundsWe will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
