Our shipping goal is to quickly deliver your new pottery to your door as safely and economically as possible. As we've all seen shipping costs have gone up considerably in the past few years. Our pottery is heavy and we double box our shipments to avoid breakage, thus shipping can be expensive. We do everything we can to keep costs down and our shipping fees often don't cover our costs.
All packages are sent UPS Ground or USPS Priority.

All packages are double-boxed, insured and covered against breakage. Although breakage is very rare, if you receive an item that has been damaged save the box and contact us immediately.

All pieces are handmade, and slight variations in size and color are to be expected. However, within 30 days of delivery, if you'd like to exchange a new unused item, the customer is responsible for sending it back unbroken, and a full refund for the merchandise price will be issued or applied to another purchase.
