Refund policy RETURNS + REFUNDS We want you to be happy with your purchase! If your item is noted as eligible for a free return on the product page, it can be returned with a complimentary return label when a return is requested within 30 days of receiving your purchase. After 30 days, we will no longer accept returns. Returns sent back after 30 days will not be refunded or reshipped. Lulu and Georgia is not responsible for shipping fees, lost returns, or refund delays for returns sent back without authorization or using a different return label. We do not refund original shipping charges. When a gift card or store credit is used towards your purchase, refunds will automatically be issued as store credit before your credit card payment. Please contact us below and we will provide you with a shipping label to return your product. All items must be sent back in the original packaging. If original packaging is unavailable, the customer is responsible for arranging equivalent packaging. Items must be in new condition, meaning they are in unused/unwashed condition and show no signs of wear.
