Shipping Shipments will be done in a usual time window of 48h if order is between Tuesday and Friday. Orders placed from Friday to Monday will only be picked up by our carriers the next Tuesday. Refund policy We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after the day that you placed your order to request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange ( we do not offer refunds ) your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
