Shipping Policy – Domestic (Australia)

Shipping Rates

Free standard shipping on orders over $150 within Australia

Orders under $150 incur a flat rate shipping fee of $10

Express shipping is available for $20

Order Processing

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2 business days of receiving your order.

All delivery timeframes quoted are based on orders dispatched from our Coogee store.

In cases where an item needs to be sourced from one of our suppliers, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for delivery.

During promotional periods or sales, dispatch times may be extended due to increased order volumes.

Delivery & Tracking

Orders shipped within Australia are delivered via a range of carriers, depending on your delivery address, dispatch location, and the shipping option selected at checkout.

All orders are sent with tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking details.

Signature on Delivery

All orders require a signature upon delivery.

If no one is available to sign for the parcel at the nominated address, a calling card will be left with instructions on how to collect your parcel from the relevant post office. Photo ID and tracking information will be required for collection.

Business Address Deliveries

If you nominate a business address for delivery, signature authority is granted to any person at that address. This reflects standard delivery practices where receptions or mailrooms may accept parcels on behalf of staff.

Once a parcel has been delivered and signed for at a business address, By San Sebastian cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are lost or damaged thereafter.

For high-value orders, we strongly recommend using a residential address to ensure delivery is accepted only by occupants of the address.

We are happy to offer exchanges or store credit under the following conditions.

GENERAL RETURNS

• You must notify By San Sebastian within 7 days of receiving your item via email if you wish to request a return.

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, with original tags and packaging intact.

Returns & Shipping Costs

• A $10 return postage and handling fee applies

• If your order qualified for free shipping, the original $10 shipping cost will be deducted from your refund

• These costs cover the original delivery, return shipping, and handling

• These costs apply to all change-of-mind returns

• Sale and Discounted items are not are not eligible for return or exchange.

Faulty or Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item:

•Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

•You may choose between:

•A replacement at no additional postage cost, or

•A full refund, including postage and handling.

HOW TO SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST

•Log in to your accountClick the profile icon in the store navigation, or visit our Refund Policy page.

•Verify your email

•Enter your email address and click Continue

•Check your inbox for the email from us and copy the 6-digit verification code

•Return to the store and enter the code to access your account

•Submit your return

•Select the order you wish to return

•Choose the item(s) you’re returning

•Select a return reason and add any notes

•Click Request return

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you’ll receive an email with return instructions and a shipping label. Once the item is received, your refund or store credit will be processed.
