UK NEXT WORKING DAY (MAINLAND UK) - 4pm cut off (Monday to Friday only)

These orders are shipped with Royal Mail and should arrive the next working day if ordered before 4pm.

Orders received after 4pm or on a non-working day will be processed and dispatched on the NEXT WORKING DAY, ready for delivery the NEXT WORKING DAY. For example:

•Orders received on a Tuesday BEFORE 4pm will be processed and dispatched on Tuesday to be delivered on Wednesday.

•Orders received on a Monday AFTER 4pm will be processed and dispatched on Tuesday, ready for next day delivery on Wednesday.

•Orders received on a Friday BEFORE 4pm will be processed and dispatched on Friday to be delivered on Monday (the next available working day).

•Orders received on a Friday AFTER 4pm will be processed and dispatched on Monday to be delivered on Tuesday (the next available working day).

•Please note of the Next Day delivery service, the following areas may take 3-5 working days: Channel Islands, Highlights & Islands of Scotland, and the Shetland Islands.

•Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are NOT classed as WORKING DAYS.

Orders must be placed before 4pm on Friday to ensure they are delivered on Saturday.

These orders will be shipped on a tracked service, and should arrive in 1-4 working days.

All international orders will be shipped via Royal Mail on a tracked service.

WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES?

•Depending on the value of your order, your PRYA parcel may or may not be charged customs or import duties. If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs. Unfortunately, these charges are out of PRYA’s hands, and vary widely from country to country, so we're unable to predict what your particular charges may be. For more accurate information, we would suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you're not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.

We hope that you are happy with your purchase from PRYA. However, if this is not the case, we will refund any item you are unhappy with, within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be in a re-saleable condition.

Please contact us on Contact@Prya.co.uk and quote your order number, for instructions on how to return your item.

Tarnishing or discolouration due to chemical contact, perfumes, bleaching, heat exposure and general wear and tear is not a fault. Please see our jewellery care instructions on how to properly care for your items.

Please note, before making a purchase that any item returned may take up to 10 days to be refunded back to you. If there is any fault with your item please notify us within 24hrs of receiving the goods.
