Orders completed on another retailer's website

Many Eco Home Office product links lead to Amazon or another independent retail platform. For those purchases, the platform and seller identified at checkout control shipping cost, carrier, delivery estimate, tracking, address changes and delivery claims. Review their current terms before placing the order.

Direct Eco Home Office orders

The remainder of this policy applies only when your order confirmation identifies Eco Home Office as the seller of record.

Free standard shipping

Eligible direct orders delivered within the contiguous United States receive free standard shipping. Any exception, surcharge or unavailable destination will be shown before the order is accepted.

Processing and delivery estimates

Direct orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Small parcels may ship by USPS Ground Advantage and typically arrive 3–5 business days after carrier acceptance. USPS publishes a 2–5-business-day service standard for Ground Advantage; delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.

Oversized desks, chairs and other furniture may exceed postal limits and ship through another parcel carrier, supplier delivery service or freight carrier. These shipments may require additional handling or transit time. The carrier and current estimate will appear in the order confirmation or tracking notice when available.

Tracking and split shipments

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used for the order. Multi-item orders may arrive in separate packages and on different days without an additional standard-shipping charge.

Addresses and delivery locations

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed; changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins. Availability for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, PO boxes and destinations outside the United States is determined at checkout and may involve different carriers, charges or transit times.

Delays

Weather, peak-season volume, carrier disruptions, address problems and other events outside our control can delay delivery. If Eco Home Office cannot ship a direct order within the stated time, we will provide the options required by applicable law, which may include agreeing to a revised date or cancelling for a prompt refund.

Missing, damaged or marked-delivered packages

If tracking shows a delivery that you cannot locate, check the delivery area, household members and carrier notices before contacting us. For a missing or visibly damaged direct shipment, email info@ecohomeoffice.com promptly with the order number, tracking number and photographs when relevant. Keep the product and packaging while the carrier claim is reviewed.

If you completed checkout on Amazon or another retail platform, the cancellation, return and refund terms of that platform and the seller identified at checkout apply; manufacturer warranty terms may also apply. Eco Home Office cannot authorize a return, issue a refund or access a third-party order. Follow the instructions in the retailer's order history or confirmation email.

30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. For a preference-based return, the item must be unused, unassembled and in substantially the same condition in which it was received, with its original packaging, accessories, manuals and proof of purchase. These condition rules do not limit remedies for an item that arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, or any right that cannot legally be waived.

To begin a return, email info@ecohomeoffice.com with your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for the request. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions before sending anything. Unauthorized returns or packages sent to an unapproved address may be refused.

Items that cannot be returned

•Gift cards and downloadable or digital products.

•Personalized, custom-made or made-to-order items.

•Items marked final sale or non-returnable before purchase.

•Products that have been used, assembled, altered or damaged after delivery.

•Items missing original parts, accessories or packaging.

•Any additional category that applicable law permits us to exclude and that was clearly disclosed before purchase.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Inspect your order promptly after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as practical and include photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label. When the claim is accepted, Eco Home Office will provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable authorized return shipping. Manufacturer warranty rights may also apply.

Return shipping and original delivery charges

For a preference-based return, such as a change of mind or incorrect size selection, the customer is responsible for return shipping. A prepaid label may be offered and its cost deducted from the refund. Original expedited, freight or other non-standard delivery charges are not refundable unless the return resulted from our error or applicable law requires otherwise.

Large furniture may require coordinated carrier pickup. Do not arrange freight or oversized shipping without written authorization.

Refunds

After an authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, we will initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 business days after receiving the return, for the eligible merchandise amount less any disclosed deductions. Financial institutions may require additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges and cancellations

The fastest way to replace an eligible item is normally to complete an authorized return and place a new order. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed because processing may begin shortly after an order is submitted. If the order has already shipped, the standard return process applies.

Consumer rights

This policy does not limit any warranty, cancellation, refund or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
