We offer free shipping on orders over $200! All other orders will pay for shipping and handling.

Most orders with “Economy Shipping” leave Mountain Running Company within 2 business days and are shipped ground via USPS.

We do offer expedited shipping and processing with the “Standard Shipping” option.

However, orders do not ship or deliver on Saturday, Sunday, or observed holidays, regardless of the shipping option selected.

International shipping is available to most countries. The customer is responsible for all import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. We do not offer the ability to pay import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees at time of purchase.

Regardless of your shipping situation, you will receive an email with tracking details once the order has been filled.

We are happy to accept returns or exchanges of any unworn, regularly priced* merchandise for up to 30 days after purchase. Any returns within 10 days of purchase will be eligible for a full refund, while any returns made within 30 days but beyond 10 days will be eligible for store credit.

We understand that you need to try on your items to check sizing, but please just refrain from getting them dirty or sweaty, and keep any tags/stickers attached until you're sure you want to keep them.

To initiate a return or exchange, click the link below, and please be sure to use the email address you used to place your order. Note, for returns within the US, we will provide a return label but will not refund the cost of shipping. Alternatively, you may opt to cover the cost of return, in which case we will issue a refund in full, including shipping. For international shipments, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of a return.
