Shipping DO YOU SHIP TO MY LOCATION? Shipping is only available to the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Call customer service at 1-800-453-1192 to arrange special shipments outside the U.S. or use the “Shop Local” feature on any product page to find a physical dealer near you. DO YOU SHIP TO P.O BOXES? No, we do not ship to PO Boxes. We only ship to physical addresses. WHAT COMPANY DO YOU USE FOR SHIPPING? We use FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery for our parcel shipments. Oversized products—including the SkyScraper, Hyperlite, Hyperlite Sumo, and Safety Cages—are delivered via a freight trucking company based on your location. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER? Typically, it will take 5 business days to ship  your order, and up to 5-7business days for delivery HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED? Since most products are shipped via FedEx Ground, you will receive an email from both FedEx and Little Giant with a tracking number when your order has been shipped. Because oversized products are shipped via local freight, tracking for those orders is dependent on the trucking company. ONCE MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED, HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE I RECEIVE IT? Refund policy Little Giant Ladder Systems offers a 30-day return policy on all products. The return must be requested within 30 days of receiving your product. If the return request is placed after more than 30 days, there will be a 35% restocking fee. The product will need to be unused and in new condition, packaged securely in a box. You are responsible for all freight charges back to Little Giant. Once the ladder is received and inspected, a full refund of the purchase price minus return shipping charges and any applicable restocking fees will be issued within 7 business days.
